Question by Meme123: Will I lose 20 lbs. in a month doing this?
Here's what I am going to do:
-I will eat 1)egg substitute for breakfast with a women's vitamin.
2) For lunch I will eat a banana, natural granola bar and a cup of sugar-free jello.
3) For a snack I will have a quaker granola bar or half and apple with 2 tsp. of peanut butter.
4) For dinner I will eat a can of chicken noodle soup, a lean pocket or cup of plain cheerios with a 1/2 cup skim milk.
