Question by Josh G: How can I stretch the upper and lower back of my knee?
Idk if its your knees that are stretching but when i do my martial arts kicking i cant kick my front kick high cause i cant straighten out my leg all the way when i kick up, when i kick low its a great kick cause my leg is fully extended. How do i stretch my knee? Is it my knee or my hamstring that im stretching and what are the best stretches to use.
How can i work on Splits by myself at the house?
