Answer by Claret_n_BlueYou can't target the bits where you want to loose fat. You will loose it as a whole. You just have to do the right exercises and have a good, healthy, low fat diet. The exercises are:
Cardio Exercises - Running, Skipping, Swimming, Cycling, etc.
