Question by blk_female_x: sciatica pain relief?
i was diagnosed with sciatica nerve disorder over 6 months ago, i suffered so much pain while in a flare up, so went to the doctor,he told me my options were spinal shots-( steroid) are lower back surgery, are physical therapy, i decided therapy, it was working some what, but was too much expensive, i did some extensive research on the internet and came across some sciatic nerve excercises for the lower back, i have been
