Question by korean_princess: questions about squats for women...?
i'm planning to start doing squats (2 sets of 30) starting from tonight but should i do them everyday or every other day? i heard that if you do them every other day your muscles will become larger and i don't want to bulk up :P i just want to burn fat and get lean muscle. i'm currently doing sit-ups every other day and stretching every night for 20-30 minutes. my goal is to lose 5kg and i've already lost 1kg in a week :) i
